Personal Meditation Guidance

I'm a certified meditation instructor in the Vipassana tradition, and am available to accompany both individuals and groups in meditation practice..
Vipassana is one of the oldest known meditation techniques, focusing on seeing things as they truly are. It involves systematically observing physical sensations and mental patterns throughout the body to develop a deep understanding of the impermanent nature of all phenomena.
The practice typically involves maintaining moment-to-moment awareness of breath and bodily sensations, observing thoughts and emotions without judgment, and developing clarity and wisdom through direct experience.
Together, we can deepen your mindfulness practice, and meet challenges with curiosity.
Sessions are generally 45-50 minutes long, and can be scheduled to fit your needs.
